Key power supply advantages

  • Small size and light weight provide excellent portability.
  • Boost Conditioner™ compensates for input voltage variations, providing improved performance on low-line voltage, on motor generators and on fluctuating input power.
  • Auto-voltage™ automatically adapts to any incoming power from 120 V – 230 V, single phase.
  • Plug adapters provide improved versatility from the shop, to home, to the field.

Key torch advantages

  • Tapered 75-degree torch provides excellent arc visibility, control, and access to hard-to-reach applications.
  • FineCut®-like quality on thin material, while still delivering full performance on thicker metals.
  • HyLife® electrode technology extends consumable life and lowers operating cost.

Hypertherm dealer network

Hypertherm products are sold exclusively through our network of authorized partners. While different partners sell and service different products, in general, Hypertherm distributors sell the Powermax brand of air plasma products, as well as consumables for all types of Hypertherm systems; some distributors also sell automated products. Rental companies typically rent or lease Powermax air plasma products and may sell consumables for those systems. Table manufacturers / OEMs sell automated cutting products and consumables and typically offer service on what they sell. Systems integrators sell retrofits and upgrade products.
