Hypertherm's mission is to provide our customers with the best high-temperature metal cutting products and services in the world, to promote the well-being and development of our Associates, and to enrich our communities and environment.

Excellence
We are 100 percent focused on developing, building, and selling products that improve cutting. And not just any products; the most reliable, most consistent, highest performance products on the market. It’s a focus we’ve had for more than 40 years and it has served us and our customers well, but we know it is only a small part of our success.

Associates
We know the key reason for our success is our Associates. Hypertherm is an Associate-owned company and it is our Associate owners who are constantly working to make Hypertherm products better than any other cutting product out there. It is our Associates who are constantly searching for ways to be more productive and efficient, and our Associates who have made Hypertherm the company it is today.

Responsibility
Our vision and culture also includes a real focus on corporate social responsibility. We believe every company has an obligation to care for the community and the environment in which it does business. This belief is an important part of our culture and forms the basis of the Hypertherm Owners' Philanthropic Endeavors (HOPE) program and our environmental sustainability initiatives which include a commitment to producing zero landfill waste by 2020.
